Every URSA-SEC part is made to order, and 3D-fabricated parts cannot be restocked. We used to run an open, no-questions-asked policy. Unfortunately, it was abused, so we now handle problems case by case.

To speed things up, include your order number, photos or video of the issue, and the troubleshooting steps you have tried. We review every case individually. When the product is at fault, we will make it right with a replacement.
