1. Sponsor. URSA-SEC (“Sponsor”), ursa-sec.com. Contact: [email protected].

2. Sweepstakes period. Begins July 13, 2026 at 12:00 AM PT and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the “Period”). Entries received outside the Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the United States who are U.S. persons (as defined under ITAR/EAR) and at least 18 years of age at entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to enter. (a) Entry with purchase: during the Period, each $1.00 of product spend (order subtotal, excluding shipping, taxes, and refunded amounts) in a completed order on ursa-sec.com automatically earns one (1) entry. Orders that are refunded or cancelled forfeit their entries. (b) Free entry (AMOE): during the Period, email [email protected] with the subject line “GIVEAWAY ENTRY” including your full name, mailing address, and email address to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) free entry per person per day. Free entries and purchase entries have equal odds per entry.

5. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner selection & notification. One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing weighted by entry count on or about September 1, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days and complete eligibility verification, including U.S.-person verification required for transfer of export-controlled equipment (ITAR/EAR) and proof of age. Failure to respond or verify results in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

7. Prize. One (1) RSNV PVS-14 NVM night vision monocular, in the winner’s choice of Auto-Gated or Manual Gain build. Approximate retail value: $1,199.99. Prize is not transferable outside the United States, may not be exported, and no cash substitution is available, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner; Sponsor will issue tax forms where required by law.

8. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner by first name and last initial on Sponsor’s website and social channels without further compensation.

9. General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify any entry obtained through fraud or tampering. By entering, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising out of participation or prize use, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

10. Privacy. Entrant information is used solely to administer this sweepstakes and fulfill the prize and is handled per Sponsor’s privacy policy.
