Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All products we sell go through an extensive quality control process. You will recieve exactly what is pictured, and the product description we provide will be accurate.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt will be sent to your email. If you dont see it, please check your spam folder. If youre still experiencing issues, send us an email at Sales@ursa-sec.com.

How can I return an item?

Due to the nature of 3D fabrication, we do not accept refunds or returns. We do approve returns on a regular basis for issues that need to be resolved. (Postal Issues, Insurance, etc)

My shipping time has passed for my item?

Our quality control may extend delivery times. We will not send a product that doesn’t pass QA, regardless of postage times. By law however, we are required to refund postal fees paid, which we will do the day we don’t meet delivery expectations.
