Product Description:
- The combined device, referred to as the CD, "Perst-4" (GREEN+), is designed for indicating the target during observation, inspection, and shooting from small arms.
- CD "Perst-4" features two ranges for night use: green (520 nm) and infrared (IR) (850 nm) along with IR lighting with a wavelength of 850 nm.
- It is a small-sized optical-mechanical device that generates a luminous flux of laser radiation.
- The product is equipped with a new connector of their own production for easy installation.
- It can be mounted on various types of small arms using the Picatinny rail.
- The KV-D2 tactical switch is included in the kit and can be installed on both Picatinny and Basis rails.

Our protective fragmentation coating has been tested time and time again. In fact, we do random field sampling on them several times a month. Though we have complete confidence in our armor systems, we do NOT guarantee the results seen on the testing videos. Different ammunition and climate conditions can all impact the performance of our protective coating. Again, rest easy knowing we trust our lives with our armor, but make no guarantee of the ballistic performance of the protective coating.
Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) - US Export Regulations:
Level III and IV rifle rated body armor (Rifle Plates) fall under jurisdiction of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and are subject to the export control laws of the US Government. Export or re-transfer of Rifle Plates by any means to any foreign end user or for any other end use, whether in the US or abroad without written approval of the US Department of Commerce or Department of State is prohibited.
The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the US of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with US export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime URSASEC will not engage in any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products.
